Refund policy

At Diecast Hub, we carefully inspect and securely pack every product before shipping. We want you to receive your diecast model or resin frame in perfect condition.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
The product arrives damaged or broken.
You receive a wrong or different product from what you ordered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Unboxing Video Required
For damaged, broken, or incorrect products, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video showing:
The unopened package.
Shipping label/details.
Opening of the package.
The complete product and damage.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve a damage-related return or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Minor paint variations, small finishing imperfections, or slight differences that are normal in diecast/resin products.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Products that have been modified, painted, repaired, or assembled by the customer.
Products returned without their original packaging.
4. Replacement
If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement product whenever the same product is available.
If the product is unavailable, we may offer:
A refund, or
An alternative product of similar value, subject to customer approval.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Diecast Hub will bear the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.
For other reasons, returns may not be accepted.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
